Dispatch & Profit Maximizer

Stop solving complex math problems every morning. Our new Profit Maximizer automatically assigns your crew to hit the lowest possible labor percentage. It instantly factors in availability, rates, and overtime to generate the most profitable schedule for the day. It gives your Ops team an optimal baseline in seconds—saving time, reducing errors, and keeping margins healthy. It works really well when you pair it with our drag-drop dispatch tool:

Other Dispatch Upgrades:

  • Better Control: Filter the schedule by Assigned, Reserved, Scheduled, or Available. Plus, easily unassign crew members via drag-and-drop.

  • Smart Management: Bulk manage your team with CSV uploads/downloads, multi-select capabilities, and a new "Copy Crew to Clipboard" button.

  • Ops Visibility: View rates and labor costs directly at the end of the schedule, or hit "Print Ops Report" for a daily summary for your executive team.

  • UI Polish: We’ve improved sorting, notifications, dark mode styling, and added collapsible elements to keep your view clean.

  • Print Reports: From this screen print a comprehensive ops report, labor spreadsheets, or print all the BOLs (with their attachments)

These tools are still in beta. We will send a larger update end of January on how to use this tool to run your ops, including a breakdown of how someone that is using this tool on a daily basis is getting the most of it. Dispatch Map

Our ops tools now include a live map view! Display trucks, routes, and dock locations on an interactive map. You can move your assets for the day to keep track of where they are.

Live updates and traffic too—your whole operation in a single view.

Generate all your BOLs for a day with a single click. Go to Dispatch > Click the arrow to the right of Send Schedule > Click Pint BOLs, select the jobs you want to print (all are selected by default) then click “Print” to print a copy of all the BOLs with customer, location, inventory, and charge information.

You can attach documents to these BOLs by uploading a document to the job in Move Right then clicking “Attach to BOL“

Don't print them one by one—click just once and you are done.

The New Overview & Booking Dialog

We’ve completely reimagined how you view job details. You can now see the Map, Street View, and Location Info all on a single screen.

Maps, streets, and stats align. The new Overview is looking fine.

  • Visual Context: Instantly verify locations with the new side-by-side Map and Street View. We’ve also added one-click integrations for Google Maps, and Google Search, and Zillow to give you the full picture of any property.

  • Interactive Maps: Add, edit, or delete locations directly from this view.

Layout Changes: Summaries have moved

To keep your workspace logical, we have relocated summaries to the tabs where they make the most sense:

  • Admin Summary now in the Overview tab (Starting this Monday).

  • Customer Summary now in the Inventory tab (Starting this Monday).

  • Crew Summary now in the Workorders tab.

Workflow Enhancements

  • Timeline Control: We introduced a new calendar timeline with range selection, date highlighting, and quick "Go To" or "Uncancel" event actions.

  • Speed Shortcuts: Added a "Copy to Clipboard" button in customer flows and an "Add Myself" shortcut for Sales Agents and Estimators.

  • UI Polish: Improved travel-time overlays, better comment scrolling, and a smarter distance user interface.

Ring Central & Dialpad Integration

  • Allow send and receive SMS using Ring Central

  • Allow changing autodialer to Ring Central

  • Add Ring Central and dialpad dialogs

Improvements

  • Improve watchers events to allow setup watchers notifications more flexible

  • Add a “Show Crew“ button on the schedule page

  • Allow to create Estimates for customers without last name and email

  • Improve removing users from the events on the Dispatch page

  • Record inventory updates in the job history

  • Allow setting a subzone in the dynamic report export

  • Adjust reports filters to allow pull jobs where origin doesn't set and set empty
