Major features
Dialpad Integration: You can now use dialpad to place outbound calls & send and receive text messages. All dialpad activity will be logged in Move Right, including transcribed conversations. This provides the benefit of being able to see everything in one place as well as giving the AI the context of what may or may not have been said in previous calls.
Square Integration: You can now send Square payment links to customers by text - please contact us if you’re interested in connecting your Square account!
Yelp Integration: You can now receive your Yelp! leads directly in Move Right! This means that our AI systems can service your Yelp leads automatically. Contact us if you’re interested in setting this up & learning more about our Yelp integration - giving you access to exclusive Yelp benefits by being a Move Right partner.
Jobs Tool Refactor: We’ve refactored some of the behind-the-scenes code of our job tool to further improved the user experience. While not a feature in itself, this was a large undertaking and will pave the way for future improvements & continued reliability.
Improvements
Show warnings in booking modal if event doesn’t have locations or it’s total time is 0 and due to it event can’t be booked
Add Refresh button that restores documents that are generated but can’t be accessed
Simplify drag-and-drop mass-editing events on the Schedule page - turning 3 clicks and a confusing dialog into 1 click & done!
Move delete asset button to the bottom of the asset actions list (and away from the book off button)
Dynamic reports
Introduce 3rd party deductions column for dynamic reports
Add ‘active estimate’ columns to dynamic reports:
Estimated gross subtotal (gross subtotal for the event on the active estimate)
Estimated by (user who sent the active estimate)
Estimated at (active estimate's sent at)
Estimate difference (event's current gross subtotal minus estimated gross subtotal)
Estimate accuracy (current gross subtotal / estimated gross subtotal - 1)
Track event status updates by adding users with the following roles to events: Booked by, Completed by, Cancelled by, Invoiced by (first user to send an invoice for the event)
Track job closures by adding users with the role ‘Closed by’ to jobs
Add corresponding columns to dynamic reports: Event Booked by, Event Completed by, Event Cancelled by, Event Invoiced by, Job closed by
AI Systems
Fix an issue where AI unnecessarily cancels communication tasks due to misinterpreting business hours
Allow to configure Bee AI responses after messages from Avoca per location
Performance improvements
Prevent performance issue when deleting assets
Improve Job Page performance by ensuring that it is subscribed to only specific job
