We are wrapping up January with a massive update to how you visualize your day-to-day operations.

This month, we focused on giving you more control and clarity on the Schedule. We have introduced a Vertical View (similar to Google Calendar) that includes smarter travel time visualization—allowing you to see exactly when crews are traveling versus working.

We also added a new workflow shortcut: Jobs can now be created directly from emails.

Check out the full breakdown of the Schedule overhaul and our list of improvements below.

Full Changelog

Schedule Updates

Add “vertical view“ to the schedule. It looks like Google Calendar, but a bit smarter.

Click the gear icon to access vertical view

The vertical view, in week view mode

Add toggles to hide unavailable & unused assets

Relevant in horizontal view. These toggles are remembered in your session

Add toggle to show crew on the events/assets on the schedule page

All crew for an asset is shown on the left

In vertical view, you can see each crew on each event

Changed the way locations are rendered on the schedule

The area indicator at the bottom represents the labor and travel time. Travel time is lighter than labor time. This will include dock to start and end to dock travel time - so the truck is actually arriving at the individuals home when they get to the first dark spot.

Added additional crew & location information to the event hover on the schedule.

We’ve also updated the behaviour and styles here. If you have any feedback on this, please send it our way. Another update incorporating feedback will be released next week.

Added toggle to “show all day“ on the schedule

See the whole picture

Added a red “now indicator“
