The schedule month view now shows you capacity, pacing, and demand forecasts at a glance — so you can spot overbooked days, find gaps to fill, and plan crew and trucks with confidence.

What you'll see on each day:

  • Truck and crew utilization with clear capacity indicators

  • Revenue totals and event counts

  • Bottleneck warnings so nothing sneaks up on you

Compare to last year: Toggle "Show Pacing" to see where your bookings were at this point last season and how you're tracking today.

Per-location forecasts: If you operate across multiple locations, each one now gets its own daily predictions for demand, trucks, crew, and revenue — right in the calendar.

Dynamic pricing is coming

This is the big unlock from forecasting: dynamic pricing shifts customer demand from your overbooked days to your underbooked ones — so you earn more from the same number of trucks.

Move Right uses your forecast data to automatically recommend discount levels per day. As we refine forecasting accuracy and roll out the next iteration of the opportunity tool, you'll see dynamic pricing go live in your zone. We'll keep you posted.

New intake forms — 20% more leads from the same traffic

We've been A/B testing different website intake forms and found a combination that increases form submissions by 20%. The changes: fewer steps, a simpler "preferred contact time" selector, and a stronger call-to-action. We're rolling this out to customers now.

Report folders for better organization

We've added folders to the report library so you can find what you need faster. We're in the process of reorganizing reports for every stakeholder — stay tuned for a cleaner, more intuitive layout.

AI & Bee improvements

  • More accurate call handling — upgraded the AI model so Bee interprets your instructions more reliably and makes fewer mistakes on complex requests

  • No more double-dials or duplicate tasks — fixed issues where the AI would call a customer twice, reload procedures, or reschedule something already confirmed

  • Avoca autodial support — you can now use multiple autodial modes within a single franchise

  • Cleaner activity logs — AI actions in the Activity section are now more compact and easier to scan

Other notable improvements

  • Efficiency-based crew sizing — the NSC calculator now uses your efficiency factor to recommend the right crew size

  • Configurable PandaDoc descriptions — product descriptions in documents can now be set per franchise

  • CallRail campaign routing — leads can be routed based on marketing campaign info, so they land with the right team

  • Smarter lead creation — AI now correctly parses caller names from CallRail and places forwarded-email leads in the right area even when only a city is provided

  • Better invoice safety — preview now flags outdated invoices before you accidentally charge a customer on old pricing

  • Expanded Operations report — now includes all job locations, charges, summaries, inventory weight/volume, event duration, travel time, mileage, and arrival windows

All other improvements

  • Allow customers to indicate best time to contact in the intake form

  • Allow spreading multi-day event revenue across days on the Schedule

  • Allow adding events to jobs without full location information

  • Allow adding descriptions to custom charges

  • Allow modifying pricing table row descriptions in documents to fix mistakes while keeping the same format

  • Allow agents to pull jobs from YMM to a franchise zone and edit customer profiles created in YMM

  • Improved OTR calculator — updated calculations for royalty, packing/bulky/3rd-party item totals, truck and travel cost, and added FP profitability metrics

  • Improved watcher notifications to prevent duplicate and missing new-lead alerts

  • Improved AI instructions for handling jobs created from forwarded emails

  • Resolve template subject when using a template for "Send Email to Customer" comment mode

  • Show screen pop in Dialpad only for inbound calls and outbound callbacks

  • Prevent jobs from being edited from zones with which the job was shared

  • Don't allow adding events and charges to jobs with incomplete locations
